eDesign Kitchen space plan and elevation package
How does our E-Design service work?
E-design is an online design service we offer for those out of area or state. If you are looking to update your existing kitchen are in new construction we would love to provide you with professional advice. This makes the design and planning process easier and more enjoyable for you, For there are many different decisions to be made.
Package includes:
- Cheryl Pinedo designs Kitchen questionnaire. to get to know you and your family, your wants, needs and your likes and dislikes
- A how to measure your Kitchen form.
- You will return questionnaire, measurements with photos and any inspirational images you have collected to us. At this point we schedule an In depth phone or zoom meeting to discuss all the information you have provided CPD and we collaborate to make your dream kitchen come to life
Following the in-depth phone call the design phase will begin:
- Prepare concept drawings of your kitchen with layout options
- Professional design assistance and guidance
- A review of your space plans
- we take your revised space plans and turn it into a contruction floor plan and elevaion(of cabinetry and island) drawings with Nomenclature.
- Electrical plan(If needed)
- A complete shopping list of appliances, fixtures, cabinetry style, surface finishes(Counter tops, floor and backsplash) and accessories and hardware.
- 3D renderings to help you visualize your space in real life
- All drawings will be set via email and you can download and print them for your contractor or to get bids.
This package includes one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required or fixture or finish selection consultation, time will be billed at the rate of $150 an hour.
Just note that you will still need to work with your local contractor to make sure all of our measurements and any construction restrictions that may conflict with this design concept is capable of being done. These are only design concepts on your new kitchen.
